Help with identifying and care

Please can anyone identify this plant and give me some advice on how I look after it and what I do when it has flowered.  Thanks.

    used to be called Sedum , now Hylotelephium spectabile

    just leave it. they look lovely with a frost on them. Next spring, cut all the old growth off and it'll start again.
    Don't overwater, or overfeed them as they'll just go floppy and that's no good to anyone.
