Do my Bell peppers look right to you?

I watched youtube videos of how to look after bell pepper plants, it showed where to cut to get a bushier plant to hold the weight if the peppers later. Do I need to cut away the top long stems, also a couple of leaves have brown holes in them. They're mainly kept in a GH but i bribg them out for sunlight? Any advice please. 😀
