Bellis daises from seed

I have been thinking about growing bellis from seed this year. Just wondered if anyone has done this and how successful it was. Any hints and tips ?

    I had a packet of Bellis (lawn daisies) and I think everyone of the 250 came up!
    I think the showy bellis would be easy as well.
    Grew them outdoors in a seed tray.
