Begonias

Hello, I am new to gardening and I have very little knowledge although I am trying to learn.

I have some begonias which I think might have a disease. I have planted some out and they are not growing much to my disappointment. I would be very grateful for any advice

    They don’t like getting wet, if you’ve had this rain that’s been around, that’s the problem.  Plant them into bigger pots and cut off offending leaves off, as summer goes on they’ll get better.

    Don’t worry they will recover, sometimes they seem to take ages to “get moving” then suddenly they are huge.... 
    Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.
