    No not Penstemon looks like a shrub by the woody stem.

    Don't do that @B3 you will take all the excitement out of growing things  :)

    I haven't a scooby what half the flower stuff I have is called but I know what I don't want!  As long as the wrong'uns get evicted the rest is just fate and fun.

    Difficult to judge the size B,  could be something small in a 3” pot or a close up of a big pot.

    @Bijdezee. I'll  work on the principle that if I didn't  like it, I  wouldn't  have poked it in a pot🙂
