Apple tree help

Hi Everyone

Wonder if there is someone who could tell me what is causing both the leaf curl and the rust on my young apple tree, I planted them this February grafted on rootstock, I purchased 3 to make sure of good cross-pollination, and only this one is suffering this problem, I thought it was powdery mildew at first, but seems as if it's something else.???
