Hi have a Rosa rugosa been in garden roughly 3 years but it has never flowered has plenty of lovely healthy leaf given it a manure feed,grownmore in the spring any help thank you
At a loss to know why as mine flower. I chopped them right down earlier on in the year and now they are 2 or 3ft tall, plastered with green or black fly and have flower buds although they dont produce the quantity I envisioned and I never feed or manure. I dont find them very attractive as they are untidy plants so don't think they will be staying much longer. Maybe treat them mean is the answer!
