Tree Heather and Tree Peonies

This is the first time I have used this Forum, and apologise in advance for any errors, as I am not altogether sure how it works, but here goes:
1. Could someone please tell me if they know of  a website where I can find out the price range of  a Tree Heather.  There are two I am interested in, the Erica Lusitanica and the Erica x veitchii.  The websites I have looked at do not show the price or give information.
2. Re: Tree Peonies; could someone please let me know if I need to cut these down when they have flowered?  I have some bush peonies but I do not touch them and I just tend to clear the leaves etc away after the winter. but I am not too sure what to do with tree peonies.

Thank you for your help.

Tree peonies need minimal maintenance. I cut the seed pods off, but other than removing a few suckers that pop up too far from the plant, I leave the old leaves on over winter to protect the new buds.  When they start growing in the spring I scrunch off the dead leaves.
