Tomato newbie help

First time I’ve grew tomatoes 
I’m in Scotland and they outside but think it’s growing due to nice weather
variety is Alisa craig 
it’s about to flower as can see buds 
do I need take out side shoots 
what do I do 🙈plus do I need start feeding it 
sorry for all questions

    Yes, pinch out side shoots. They grow between the 'axils' which is the angle between the side leaves and the stem, I pinch them out with my fingers.

    Start feeding when the first truss has 'set', which means you can see baby tomatoes forming where the flowers were.

    Follow what it says on the feed you use. Some are weekly, others recommend every 2-3 weeks.

    I feed mine half strength twice a week when the fruit has started to set, but I can't remember where I read or heard that. Full strength once a week should be fine.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
