Beef Tomatoes

I am growing some Italian beef tomatoes (Cuore di Bue Albenga Alto) for the first time in growbags in my south facing greenhouse and outside beside a south facing wall in Kent. 

They have all started to set with trusses of up to 20 tomatoes per truss, with the third trusses in the greenhouse plants at about 3ft high.  The outside plants are far more squat.

Should I reduce the number of tomatoes per truss on either the inside or outside plants or should I just attempt to go for a bumper crop?

    To get sizeable beefsteak tomatoes you need to thin the fruit down to one per truss, max. two.
