Corpus Korea suddenly died this year
Good morning all.
I'm hoping someone may be able to advise on what is now a dead multistem Cornus Kousa tree.
It was beautiful last year and what seemed completely healthy. Loads of flowers at this sort of time and lush foliage through the rest of the year.
This year however it is only brown seems which most of them snap when bent, although some still show some flex. We have not dug it out incase there was some hope but I think by now it should have shown some kind of bud break or leaf if there was still life in it.
Has anyone experienced something similar or could explain why this may be??
Such a shame as such a lovely tree
