I ordered some pink daffodil bulbs from them a couple of years ago.
The daffodils were not pink. I emailed them to tell them. Not necessarily for a refund as the daffodils that came through were lovely. They denied all knowledge of the order and said that I had never ordered from them.
I emailed them back and told them that I had several orders from them in the past. I found the email confirmation of the order in my deleted file and sent it. I did actually get a refund but it was more proving the point that I had orded from them.
I believe Suttons and now part of T&M. I have just received some plants from Suttons - three months late, loads of unneeded plastic in the box and every plant had come out of plastic pot anyway. They were dessicated, bone dry, as you might expect. Zero attention to packing.
You would think they cared about their reputation.

And Dobies are now also part of T&M. I'll not order from Dobies, Suttons or T&M unless its just for seed.
