This has sprouted from where the kids had a den built, from nothing but a few shoots to almost 2ft in about 3 weeks.

    If it's grown that much in 3 weeks, its probably a weed lol

    Sucker from the roots of a nearby tree, or maybe regrowth from something that was cut down to make the den (it looks a bit buddleia-like).
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    Defo not a weed the shoots came out of a stump the kids had cut down.
