Furry mould on Daphne potted plant

Please provide some advice on how to get rid of what appears to be a furry mould or spores on a Daphne plant

    If you mean the stuff on the tips that is out of focus in your photo then have a look at Mealybugs:

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for your reply, the mould or spores that I've circled are the same as what is on the tips that are out of focus. I don't think it is mealy bugs as I've inspected the plant and can't see bugs of any size
