Thanks. That's the one. I've had it in my garden for years, coming up from the roots each year. Sadly I think I've killed it. Around March time I took loads of the lemon balm out of the bed that it grew in, topped up the bed with compost, saved a very early bit of root and leaf from this plant (which subsequently died) and planted out herbs etc in the bed. I'm sure there should be signs of growth from the Inula hookerii, but absolutely nothing yet. In the past it's survived a huge clear out and an accidental weed killering. I'm gutted really because it was given to me by my late dad many years ago.
