Tomato leaf problem

Can anyone tell me what this is on one of my tomato plant leaves? It’s mainly on this leaf and the two seed leaves but it’s not anywhere else and the plant looks otherwise healthy. 

It’s in its own pot of MP compost and it was originally a plug plant from the garden centre.

    Looks like it had a bit of cold when it was younger.  The lowest leaves often get a bit of discolouration like that and will soon be shed anyway, so nothing to worry about on an otherwise healthy looking plant.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    I agree with Bob.. cold leaf damage.  Nothing to worry about!
