Help! Invasion of little black bugs

Help! My roses and peonies have been invaded by little black bugs of biblical proportions. If they are pollinators I'll live with the inconvenience but I suspect this is not the case. Can someone please advise what they are and how do I control them. Thanks!

Thank you for the info. A quick google confirmed that they are pollen beetles. I'm on week 16 of lockdown and my garden is my haven. Just as the world is getting a handle on COVID panic set in when I saw the clouds of bugs on all of my beautiful flowers. Thanks for setting me straight.
