Calathea orbifolia yellowing

I’ve had this calathea for about three months and the lower leaves and upwards have really started yellowing and I have no idea why. It started when the plant was in a very small pot, so I thought it was pot bound and repotted it, which didn’t help. It’s still getting more yellow. The soil is 60% compost 30% orchid bark and 10% perlite. It’s not dry or saturated. The plant receives indirect light from the window. 
There are no pests. Some of the leaves almost look like they’re de-pigmenting in patches!
