Veggie plant help

I’m new to growing veg and after a productive start things look like they are taking a turn for the worse. I’m growing a variety of plants in a small plastic greenhouse - tomato’s, chillis, courgettes, cucumber, peppers and a few other plants.

I’ve watered them all regularly, opened up the door in the heat and zipped it up at night. About three weeks ago I noticed flies and aphids so I sprayed the leaves with soapy water. Not long after the leaves on lots of the plants started developing brown spots, then turning yellow. I’ve also noticed some fungus growing in the soil.

I have attached a photo of the tomato and chilli plant in hope someone can advise me where I’ve gone where I’ve gone wrong and what to do to rectify. I’m a young my new hobby and hope it isn’t ending in a disaster!

Thanks in advance,

Could it be too humid in the greenhouse? I have no idea what your problem is unfortunetly but I know you can buy anti fungal sprays..
  • It has been quite humid in there on occasions so I started to leave the door open on warm nights. I will buy some fungal spray to see if that helps. Thanks for your reply, very much appreciated

Better than spraying plants that you are going to eat 😨 you could simply take the plants out of the greenhouse during the day and put them back at dusk ... except on days when heavy rain it strong winds are forecast.
Put them in a lightly shaded area and the circulating air will freshen them up.
Remember that chillis and peppers like their soil a bit drier than tomatoes do.

Tomatoes leaves don't like getting wet either, so ensure water just goes in the soil. Dont be tempted to feed  until little fruits appear.  It's been a bit of an odd growing season to date, and a few people have had toms with brown patches, so hopefully, as toms are robust usually, they will bounce back.
P.S. are your peppers above the toms and draining onto them? They won't like that. Better to get the courgettes out of there and put all on one level now. Hope this helps.😁
  • Thanks for all the advice so far everyone. I’ll take it all onboard and see what works! Thanks for taking the time to reply
