My cabbages look sick!

My greyhound cabbages don't look well. The centres are not growing well and the leaves looking crinkled and yellowish. Could this be cabbage flea beetles.  I cannot see any on them.  I am sure it isn't slugs, and I have been feeding and watering them well.  They are in a cage with butterfly netting over.  What can I do?

    I think if there were flea beetles you would be able to see them. Mine are covered with them. Yours don't look too bad though compared to mine!

    Cabbages love (and need) lots of nitrogen and can go yellowy if short - did you use any fertiliser before planting?
