Unproductive blueberry woody and yellow

We have had this blueberry for the past 4 years and it has never flowered nor fruited. For the last several it has been turning woody with yellow leaves, whilst being planted in ericaceous soil in a pot.

In the last couple of weeks we have replanted in fresh ericaceous soil. Is there anything we can do to recover the plant and hopefully get it flowering?

Hi and welcome to the forum
The young growth is quite pale on blueberries - mine were the same earlier in the year.
One possibility is what you're watering them with.
If your tap water is hard and that's what you're using that may be the cause.
I feed mine monthly with an azalea feed and only use rainwater and I give them some extra-diluted seaweed extract every 2-3 weeks
