Problem with a lemon tree

I have a lemon tree that I've grown from seed which is now about 2 feet tall - it'll be three years old in September.

Until now it's looked really healthy with plenty of leaves and new growth.

However, about 3 weeks ago I over watered, not by a huge amount but more water than I'd usually give it, which I realised when it dropped a few leaves .  I immediately loosened the soil around it - which by this time was pretty dry - and stood the pot at an angle to allow aeration under the pot.   Although it lost quite a few more leaves it seemed to perk up and was back on track so having left it to dry out, a few days ago I gave it a small amount of water with some summer feed (which I would normally do weekly).

Today I've discovered it's lost two more large, what I'd call mature, leaves.

Is it doomed or can I save it with plenty of TLC?  I still looks pretty healthy overall, just a little short on leaves on the lower parts of the stem.

Can you post some pictures of it?  What size pot do you have it in?  When did you last pot it on?  What soil did you use?
