Could somebody tell me what plant this is?

Hi all!
My mother in law planted this beautiful shrub in our garden a few years back and the bees seem to love it! I wanted to buy another couple to plant but I don’t know what it is!! Could anybody help....

    I have very young escallonia apple blossom. I hope it looks like that 😊
