Weed/Plant ID Please

Hi

I inherited a couple of potted hydrangea from my late grandmother's garden and one of them has a bedfellow. Please could you help ID this?

I think it could be Sorrel (Rumex acetosa) I would recommend removing it before it gets any bigger.
