Does it need bigger pot

I planted theses carex grasses about two months go
pots are 32 Cm across and about same depth
the one on left of photo carex ice dance has nearly double in size so quickly ,(I’ve same one in ground border no were near this size )
does it need repotting to bigger pot or will it be ok
