Can anyone identify this plant behind Joe Swift please?!

On the right hand side behind him not the euphorbia mellifera please. It looks like it has dark maybe long bare stems and then leaves with red at the top? Thanks! Rachel

Not sure I would go for the harlequin if it has unpleasantly scented leaves plus flowers I am not keen on. Good to know!
