Posts appearing in 'Draft'

KT53KT53 Posts: 9,016
Has anybody else had the same issue? I've had a few instances of posts appearing in Draft at the same time as being posted in the relevant forum.  I know I've only clicked on Post, so have no idea why it happens.  Not the biggest problem in the world today I know.

If you take a while to post it will automatically save what you've typed as a draft so that you don't lose it ... useful for folk who's broadband may be slow.  You can go into My drafts and delete them.

Usually, once you 'make' the post, the draft disappears, but I've noticed recently it's often still saving them in Drafts.
I keep thinking I haven't pressed Post, but when I check, it's in both.

I've never looked in mine before. There's 84! Whodathought it! There seems a lot of recent ones so I suppose it's happening to me too.

Well I probably won't look again so they can pile up if they want.😊

That's exactly what's happening to me.  There do seems to be a few minor bugs in the system.

I've cleared the browser cookies (just for this site) and it's been ok for me since.
Unfortunately, I've now got an earworm of the Monty Python theme tune going on since I found a draft where I'd just written:
    It's
    :D
