Antirrhinum twisted leaves?

I have grown some antirrhinum plants from last years seed. They were doing well and looked very healthy until this week. The top newer leaves have all started to twist and there are no flower spikes except on the ones that haven’t got the twisted leaves. I’ve looked for insects and cannot see any so can anyone tell me what has caused this?
