Chelsea 2020 people's choice garden of the decade

Did watch the nightly Chelsea programme, voted for my favourite eventually, must admit they all had something to make you smile! , but then due to the PM teatime speech did they cancel the last programme in which they would of announced the people's favourite.

It was rescheduled for the following night Valleysgirl and the Yorkshire garden with the shed and stream won. I was very happy!

It was finally shown last Sunday and is still available on iplayer.  It's not the one l voted for, but it is stunning, the work and detailing that went into it.

More of a " stage set" than a garden, but very beautiful.

Hi Mary never done it before so got my clippers, 3 Lemon ones to tackle so climbed up the bank looked for the main branches to start then took off about a foot and then trimmed the ones with the seed pods on, took me about an hour as it's breezy but sunny here in Wales. Got an old compost bag full of cuttings Will put in compost bin. my OH did the even bigger one maroon/gold colour in March gosh it opens up that part of the garden now. will post a picture it is May 2017 though.its the maroon broom the lemon ones are next to it
