Morning everyone,  very overcast here in Sussex. Looks like its going to pour down. The weather yesterday was much better than forecast. We went  for a walk in the morning and we sat in the garden in the afternoon.
Not sure what we're doing today, but don't think it will be gardening.
Have a good day everyone, best get a wriggle on and get dressed.

Morning Ruby and SGL. Your postie/parcel delivery man comes nice and early Ruby. I hope you are pleased with your heuchera. Will it go on your new shelf?

Morning Rubee & Lily, a plant & bulb parcel is exciting 😃
Final cuppa to be savoured before setting off to work, topped up the bird feeder & Rubbish moved out for collection tomorrow.

I've been digging in the garden and below the top 3cm the soil is like a dust bowl. Still it did make weeding easy! Then it started to drizzle so I just gave the planter a hard stare and left it for now. My little bulbs arrived. They look just like hedgehog poo. I hope that they flourish. I planted them up and will await their growing - patiently.

    Afternoon everyone 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
Have just got back from a
    Walk. About the same
    distance as yesterday. Didn't
    See many people, so
    felt safe.
    Hasn't rained at all
    today, but it's a bit
    chilly.
Had a lazy day, except for
     a few indoor chores.......shhhhh😉
    Now having a cup of
    tea 🤗

    Evening Everyone,
Hi Rosie sorry I missed you again earlier! Hope you are keeping well, thank you yes mum is going to be more careful now 🤞
LB That’s good your bulbs arrived today. I was digging in the front garden and the ground is impenetrable in places needs a good deluge to really soak through.
Lily These gentle walks you’ve started doing are good, just enough for you both but nice to be able to leave the house for a short while.
Hope you all have a good evening.

Hello all. I'm going to brace myself and tackle the planter tomorrow - weather permitting. I have had a lot of phone calls today from rellies and friends and the day has just sort of disappeared. Glad I got my weeding done earlier. SGL, those walks must be so good for you and your OH. I hope that you feel more safe and confident each time you go out.

LB that planter sounds very big . Can’t you wait until your nephew comes . I don’t think he will mind helping you with the planter .
