Morning all,  Wet and miserable here today but not raining at the moment.  Hopefully things will start to dry up so I can get deadheading and tidying.  I'm seeing Firstborn this afternoon.  Popping over to drop off Mabel's birthday present, a Batgirl outfit.  She loves dressing up.  Weather forecast is looking much better for the coming week so with a bit of luck we will all be able to get back to the important things in life like gardening :)

Morning Yvie. Its torrenting down here again. Its saving me having to water the garden though so I'm going to stop moaning about it I wish it would actually wash my car whilst its at it though!

Afternoon all - bit breezy here with heavy clouds scudding across the sky. Few drops of rain - nothing much. Definitely need more before the hot temps hit next week. Local forecast was putting us into the low 30's by mid week. I must put ice lollies on Monday's SM list....

I didn't sleep too well last night either - no idea why. Hopefully make up for it tonight.

That jam sounds delicious Debs - very light and summery. Good on scones no doubt.

Might try to do some dead heading if I can summon the energy later on. Will probably get waylaid with staking. A storm always finds out just how bad I am at staking (very!).

I've popped the washing out for a bit to hopefully  finish drying. It's rained nearly all morning, but the sun has just come out. Still quite breezy too.
Done a few Col TT  jobs too today......sorry, had to be done😉
Home made cordial Debs, that's sound lovely, is it easy to make? Jam sounds yummy too.

I’ve managed to get a couple of hours sleep I’m looking rather grim though.  It’s a shame with the gardens.  The weather can be rather rough at times.  Keep warm for now but set to get warmer.  A damp day all in all.

Afties all. It has been a very wet day here. I think that the Atlantic Ocean must have dropped several metres in height by now. Reading will have been a happy alternative to impersonating a yoyo Ruby.
Glad to hear that you managed a few hours sleep Rosie. I hope that it dries up for tomorrow as my nephew is hoping to crack on with my new gate.

Thanks for asking everyone - I'm better but not 100% yet!

I'm really annoyed, Nurse was supposed to come at 11AM to demonstrate my new injections to me so I got up at 10AM and got ready -  never showed up and when I rang I couldn't get through! I need these injections!
Bloody done it myself now! HATE needles but I've rewarded myself with a screwball ice cream.
