Pauline, I reckon one of these in your garden might be equally eyebrow raising:
Amorphophallus Amorphophallus titanum From Rejang Land Sumatra

Thank you for the cartoon LB .Love the Pink Panther . LB isn’t that plant the one that has a noxious smell ? If it is that would keep everyone away from your home . Very useful during the lockdown .

Is that a raffaela plant? The really stinky one? Or similar anyway.

I think my first Rez was 21....

I've been flagging since about 3.30 @Chivetalking 😕😪 but haven't dropped off yet.
It's been really chilly today.  I wish the rain would arrive,  the garden really needs it.
Hey Chey, hope you're feeling better

Good to see you Chey. How have you been feeling since you got home? Hot chocolate is a hug in a mug for sure. Rafflesia is another stinky plant and that plant is also a stinky one Ruby. I think its known as the corpse flower. Its name is Amorphophallus titanum (think I've spelled that correctly). It would be too cold here for it and yes, T'Bird they had one at Kew and the people there were very excited to see it flower in the not too distant past.

SGL, I put my heating back on today as I was feeling pretty cold. Its pouring down here so I'm glad I got that wee bit of gardening done earlier. Got the smug face on! Tee hee.

My front window view now.The brown bits are the remains of Percy Wiseman's flowers growing through the camellia in the front garden.
