Pear Tree Black and Curly Leaves

I have recently planted a new young pear tree that took very well and came out with healthy leaves and nice white blossoms. Now the leaves are turning black and curly and blossoms have eroded. Does anyone have any ideas what’s wrong and how to treat. I have been applying a homemade spray of water, olive oil and dish soup. But no luck. I love this tree and don’t want it to die. I appreciate any advice.

I've not got much experience, but we have 2 pear trees. We've only ever watered them and they're perfectly healthy with tonnes of fruits developing nicely. I know that some people recommend spraying all kinds of stuff on fruit trees, but if I were you I would stop that for now. Hopefully someone with more experience knows exactly whats causing that because it doesn't look good at all.

I had the same thing on my pear tree and was told it was fire blight which is more prevalent in warm weather,if you look on the internet and look at pear tree diseases it will tell you all about what diseases affect pears.I had to dig mine up it never got over it.
