Advice on planting my raspberries

I have purchased some Ruby beauty raspberry bushes which I intend to plant in large containers, can anyone please advise me what is the most suitable potting compost

    You need a loam (soil) based compost mix designed for permanent plantings, so a John Innes #3 would be my choice.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
