Hi all,

Can anyone identify what might be wrong with my plants ?. they are in a raised bed but don't look too healthy they have been in the ground for 2 years but have never been happy, Is it lack of water not enough water or feed. what might i be doing wrong?.

  • Lysimachia like a moist, but, well-drained soil. Although they can be grown in a sunny area I have found they are better in partial shade and are less likely to be scorched. ( I think the browning on your plants may be a result of hot sun - are they in a sunny position? )

  • thanks for response , yes they are in a sunny spot but there is a big empty circle in the middle of the plants and the leaves look a bit curled also some are quite stunted. do they need food ?
  • I would be inclined to dig them up at the end of Summer and discard the bits which have not grown and replant in a shadier position.
