Half dead Hosta

LatimerLatimer Posts: 1,068
Hi all

I've just inherited this beautiful white Hosta from my dad. Unfortunately, where it was located (in this pot) it just wasn't getting enough water.

I have it a good soak in a bucket of water but was wondering if I should do anything more, such as removing any of the mostly dead leaves? Our should I just leave it be?

Thanks
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

Put it in the shade and keep it well watered. It should survive and might throw up some new leaves.

Thanks! I take it I shouldn't trim anything off then?

It's "white feather" I doesn't like sun at all. It'll also turn green as the season progresses. Don't be alarmed it's normal for the colour change.
