Why has my Wisteria stopped growing?

Last year I planted a Wisteria Black Dragon against my garage in a sunny spot. It grew very quickly, sometimes as much as 2 inches each day, and last month it flowered for the first time.

There were lots of flowers, but they were only short in length perhaps because it's still a young plant.

However since flowering it appears to have stopped growing. The usual runners that appear have stopped getting any longer, and some have shrivelled at the ends, so it is not filling any more space on the garage wall.

But the plant does look healthy with lots of green leaves, so is this normal behaviour after flowering and nothing to be concerned about?

    Probably thirst.  It's a new plant so won't have its roots down deep yet and it's been exceptionally dry and hot this spring.  Give it a good bucketful of water, poured slowly so it absorbs rather than runs off, and repeat daily for a week then every 2 days.   Adjust the frequency after that depending on rainfall but don't let it get thirsty this summer.

    The young growth could also have been nipped by the late frosts most had in the UK a couple of weeks ago (I think - I seem to have lost the ability to track time with the lockdown!)  Those came after the peak flowering time for me, so only affected tips and youngest leaves.  Either way, I would follow the advice from @Obelixx
