Raspberry canes looking sick

Hi, our Autumn Raspberry canes (Joan J) are looking very sick. They started with yellowishleaves three weeks ago. We assumed they were dry and have being watering them frequently ever since. Now canes are turning purple and leaves wilting. We dug one plant and shows white stuff on the roots. Pictures attached. Do you know what may be affecting them and what is the risk to spread to adjacent plants, please? Rosa

    Some of the leaves on my summer raspberries look similar, and they had the same last year on a few leaves, but I got a great crop last year and looking good for this year too.
    You may be worrying over nothing.

    Do you have any photos of the entire plants so we can get a general idea of how they look?
