Snack peppers - when to harvest and how long till eat it

Hi

I have a snack pepper plant and I need to know when the pepper is ready to harvest. Is there any trick for this?

on top of that, can I eat it straight away or should I wait couple of days to eat it?

My peppers are red, but I don’t know if they are red enough/big enough. I had one and tasted ok, but I don’t know if it can be tastier.

so true what you said about fresh, but other fruits like banana you need to leave it a couple of days to be more tasty after picking it
