Planting ideas for bare border

Hi all

The photo shows our north facing fence - it is fairly open and airy and as you can see plants have established there but it gets very little sunlight.

I'd like to fill it with plants - preference is native, wildlife-friendly rather than ornamental and I'd like to get a bit of height and interest in there.  Whites and greens preferred.

Only other point is the curved area will eventually be home to a pond

Could anyone suggest some ideas for inspiration?  Thank you!

Try planting wildflowers in there such as foxgloves for height and interest (you can get non-native white-flowered versions). Hesperis Matronalis for wildlife-attraction, maybe Agastache which would like to be near a pond?

You may well find a pond without any sunlight will be green.

Noted re pond - it does get some sunlight but limited!

Putting the pond to one side, @Devonian would wildflowers take root successfully with limited sunlight?  (just a bit in the early part of the day)

I'm pretty sure they would, go for the woodland wildflowers such as the foxgloves which prefer shade. I'm not an expert, that's just my experience!
