Please can you help to identify this plant with such incredibly blue flowers

Please can you tell me what plant it is and also how to propagate it. It grew from under foot path in front of my house but if it’s not too invasive I would like to have more of it as it is so pretty

    Penstemon. Probably Heavenly Blue variety which i have also and it's very easy from softwood cuttings.

    I will be taking cuttings for sure but now that I know the name I would also be able to buy them if cuttings don’t take. The flowers are just amazing and stay on for such a long time too. ☺️
