Grape vine ??

I assume this is some sort of grape vine. As always I know nothing about them. Do you have to prune. It seems to be growing rapidly since moving from the shade it was originally in when I moved here. How do I care for it. Prune etc and are they grapes that are growing

Those are grape flowers which turn into a bunch of grapes. Once the vine is growing like that, spring & summer pruning is mainly a matter of keeping it in bounds by cutting off excess growth, but preserving the leaves which are feeding the fruit. Have a look here:
