Can you identify this pupae?

Can anyone help identify this little fella? Hard to get a good picture because he’s has done an excellent job of wrapping up in a Buddleia leaf. Looks like a pupae of some sort, probably less than a centimetre long and only a couple of mm diameter. Any help would be great, thanks.
