Plant ID: Laburnum or Broom

BenDoverBenDover Posts: 488
Seen on a walk today, this solitary shrub/tree amongst a forest of trees and plants of what I do recognise as Broom.  The flowers look more Laburnum to me but not sure of the leaves.  Did impress me being all on its own in the middle of a wood and nothing else similar around.  Wondering if I can get a proper ID so I can see if it's commercially available to buy.

Any ideas?

Not your ordinary Laburnum, I don't think, wondered about Coronilla but again doesn't quite seem to match. Someone will know!

I wonder if @Silver surfer will know.
Perhaps a different type of Laburnum?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

No. Leaves are wrong, flowers are wrong.

OK. So contacted RHS advice line and they said it was a Genista florida.  So thanks to those who said it was a Genista.

Did see if I could buy one as the one I saw looked cool.  Doesn't appear to be in general cultivation.  This Genista is native to Spain and Morocco.  Might pop back in the autumn to see if I can get some seeds.
