  It looks like a favourite of mine:  Sicilian chamomile, Anthemis punctata.  If I'm right, the leaves will be mildly aromatic; give 'em a pinch and sniff.
  
  I'd never seen or heard of it until I moved house and found it in the garden.  It's evergreen, drought hardy, and roots easily from cuttings.  Spreads out but doesn't self-seed, so it's well behaved and easy to control.  All it asks is sunshine.
