Over watered? Not enough light? Pot too small?

Hey everyone! So I've had this plant (I think it's a yuka?) for several years now & lately I've noticed the leaves have started going brown. Some at the ends, some the entire leaf. Is it the result of over watering or is it current pot too small? Or is it likely to be something else?

Thanks to anyone who can help 😊

Pot definitely too small.  Give it a bigger pot of gritty compost. Put a saucer under rather than a cache pot so that it doesn't stand in water . You can get some nice pots with drainage holes in now. If you dunk it once a week, let it drain before you put it back.  Cut the brown leaves off and give it a feed once in a while.

Thanks for the advice! Yesterday I went out & found a local garden centre. Bought 4 new pots, all the same style just different sizes and they all have drainage holes. These 2, a smaller one for my succulent and a larger one for my outdoor thing. Repotted 3 of them but need more compost for the outdoor one so hopefully I'll be able to get some when shopping today!
