Growing in my garden, its about 5`tall and just keeps growing. No sign of any flowers just broccoli type heads.

Hollyhock ... Alcea rosea ... a splendid one from the look of it. Green with envy here.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
