Chilean Guava query

Hello! Nervously making my first foray into gardening. I’ve decided to start with trying to grow Ugni molinae (Chilean guava) from seeds, which I’ll hopefully be receiving tomorrow. I wondered if anyone had any tips, advice, or could point me towards resources to give the endeavor a good go? Any help is appreciated!

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Super shrub. Grew it in a very sheltered spot in Wales.
Fruit is tiny.... very cute. Glossy evergreen leaves.
Should be grown more.
