Drooping clematis

    Clematis ville de Lyon drooping at top of plant no browning middle of plant fine with flowers and healthy looking buds  should I cut of drooping buds any suggestions thank you

    Just water it - loads in at the base.
    Common problem in this weather  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Agree - thirst.  10 litres now, poured slowly so it soaks in and then 5l a day while it's sunny and/or windy.   Give it a feed too to encourage more flowers but the main thing is not to let it get thirsty.
    Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

    Thank you will give it more water it is already quite wet  that was the first thing I did will give it some more    fingers crossed
