It looks like an Aurm (cuckoo Pint) all parts of the plant are toxic especially the berries. They look impressive, but I've been trying to get rid of a patch for more than 10 years and it's still work in progress. I'd suggest dig out asap and make sure you get the bulb(s) out or there will be more next year. The can be very deep in the soil

Any idea what this one is? For some reason my dog has started ripping at the stems / insides as they’ve emerged over the past few days
